Delivery & Service Guidelines
Timely Service
Dear Customer, we aim to serve and deliver your order within 24 hours of confirmation.
Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity is 3 jars per delivery.
Jar Deposit Policy
If you do not have an empty Aqua World 19-litre jar, a refundable security deposit of NPR 300 per jar will be applicable.
Empty Jar Handover
Customers are required to handover empty jars at the time of delivery.
Delivery Hours
Our delivery hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
Please note: No deliveries are made on Saturdays and public holidays.
Delivery Discrepancy & Support
Customers may raise any requests related to delivery discrepancies within three (3) days of receiving the delivery update.
Requests can be made via the registered mobile number or email by contacting our customer service team.
